Golden Days
This is a specially formatted session for the more mature!
Meeting regularly each Thursday between 2.00-3.15 p.m. there is opportunity to relax in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We enjoy bright singing led each week by our own resident musical group, share in light refreshments and have opportunity to hear an interesting guest speaker.
Golden Days takes place each week from September to December and from January to late April, culminating in May with a meal at the Coachman Hotel.
There is no fee for attendance although there is opportunity for a donation to the general operating fund.
If you are one of our mature citizens (we don’t want to tie you to an age - but give or take 20 years to/from 60) you qualify to be part of this ongoing weekly event.
We are part of the overall programme of an evangelical church, so your presence here will be most welcome and we will do our utmost to make you feel at home. So, why not set aside a Thursday afternoon to join those who come regularly from around the district – our members are not confined to Kilsyth, some travelling from Cumbernauld and further afield to enjoy this bright experience.
