Friday 29 November 2019 1800 - 2030
Our Christmas Shopping Night provides the perfect opportunity to pick up some rather wonderful gifts for your friends and family, while supporting your local independent businesses and crafters.
Come along to our Shopping Night and browse the varied stalls for gifts that are a little bit different. While you shop enjoy some complimentary Mulled Wine and Mince Pies.
We have the very talented Aimee Bryceland coming to sing for us. Aimee was a contestant on The Voice Kids UK. ❤️
Our Café which is located downstairs in the large hall will be selling Burgers and Hotdogs. As well as Homemade cakes along with Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and cans of Juice.
Silent Auction- This will be out in the foyer area. Have a look at what you fancy, place your bid and if you are the highest bidder the prize is yours!!
Kids will be able to come and visit Santa in his very special Grotto, in the small hall. Make sure you bring your Christmas Wish List with you and he will take it back to the North Pole with him. He knows if you've been bad or good!!
We will have Face Painting/Tattoos available by Debby Harvey in the main church area.
The kids will be able to make a Scrunchie or Bow with Amanda from Stich the Gap. This free activity will be located in the main church. A Christmas colouring station will be in the foyer to keep the kids entertained. You might also be able to have you picture taken with a mascot who will be handing out candy canes.
Located outside in the car park we will have some rides for all the family as well as inflatables. Have a sweet tooth? You will be able to buy Candy Floss, Popcorn, Doughnuts and Crepes! Yummy!
If you haven't already bought your tree, hang off till the night. Silver Birch will be here with Wreaths and real Christmas Trees.
All the money raised on the night will go to help to re-roof the large hall. This hall is used extensively during the week by various groups of all ages in the community. The roof is 57 years old and in desperate need of replacing. Please come along and help us raise funds for this. We need to raise £13,795
This is going to be a great event where the community can come together at Christmas and enjoy being with each other, treating someone special, all the while helping raise money.
Entry fee
£3 per adults. Includes Tea or Coffee and a cake.
£3 per child:- Includes Juice or Hot Chocolate and a Cake. Entry to see Santa with a sweetie gift.
We look forward to seeing you on the night.
